January 1st - Lets lose some more weight

Well here it is January 1, 2007. So far with the Nikken Kenzen Body Balance Program I have lost 81 pounds. Im still have 69 pounds to go and the target date to have lost the weight my 37th birthday in the middle of June. Starting with todays workout I will be increasing the amount of weights a total of 5 pounds. Doesnt seem like much but my goal is to add 5 pounds every month. I will also be increasing the resistance on my cardio bike and eliptical trainer for a stronger cardio workout.
