Another 2 pounds bite the dust
Well another 2 pounds down the drain or wherever they went. Been working incredibly hard at the gym this last month. I am going to get dunked for an accurate reading of my body fat/lean muscle/organs and such as well as a test to see how many calories I burn just living and breathing. That is going to happen in the middle of the month. Once I get the results I will be sure to post them here.
Well I have a great story to share with everyone. For years I have been telling people about the Nikken sleep system. One of the products in the sleep system is a Nikken comforter complete with magnets and Far Infrared technology. The Nikken dream comforter was off the bed because it needed to be cleaned. After a hard leg workout at the gym, actually the second day after the workout I awoke to not being able to walk because my muscles were so tight and sore in my calf muscles. Well I remembered hearing about how the comforter had helped people by getting rid of acid. So I am thinking the soreness in my legs was the lactic acid buildup from working out. (if I am not correct in my research someone please let me know.) I remember showing people a demonstration where we would take a lemon and place half of it wrapped in the comforter and the other half on the counter, and after a wellness home preview we would taste the lemon pieces and the one in the comforter wasn't as acidic as the one on the counter. Well I washed the comforter that day and wrapped it around my legs soon as it was dry. Woke up the next day legs fine and dandy. I am sure to always have a clean comforter after my workouts now. And since then I haven't had the problem since.
