Weight loss on track again

Well as of today my total weight loss is 103 pounds. You may be wondering why is the weight loss going so slow. I know thats what I am thinking, but in reality it took years to put on the weight, and if i can take it all off in less than 2 years then I think that is not bad at all. I'll just keep at it, eating right, exercising, and utilizing my Nikken wellness home.

As for my previous posts and goals of getting down to 190 pounds. After some testing at the gym we discovered my lean body mass is at about 182 pounds (give or take a few). Which means for me to get to 190 my body fat percentage would be really really low. A trainer at the gym that I am consulting with would like me to add 8 to 10 more pounds of lean muscle mass putting me at 190 pounds of lean body mass. At 15% Body fat my total weight would be 225 pounds. So close I can smell success.
