Loosing Weight Easily

You want to know something that just blew my mind all to heck. It was when I stepped on the scale this morning and found that I had lost almost 17 pounds since starting the Nikken Kenzen Body Balance Weight Management Program 5 days ago. I’m not sure if this will be a continuous amount of weight I will lose every week or just a fluke or what. So Ill keep you all posted on the success of the program. I have also measured my waist, hips, chest and thigh, so I can keep track of inches lost also.
